Our company Power-of-Positive-Action Pty Ltd is designed around Action Intelligence (AQ©);
our methodology is applied for improving your Action Intelligence (AQ©). The Power of Positive Action© paradigm was created by one of our Co-Founders Professor Keith Kennett.

Vision: To create, collaborate and cooperate with professional bodies on applying the Power of Positive Action© paradigm to challenges faced by their members and their organisation, and to promote positive psychology to the profession, and via them and their clients, to the entire community.

Professor Keith Kennett is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, the American Psychological Association, a Registered Psychologist and a Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries Australia , Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners and Fellow of the American Association of Integrative Medicine, and past member of The Institute of Private Clinical Psychologists of Australia, former member, the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Keith is a Past Executive Director, International Council of Psychologists (ICP) and Past President of the Association of Psychologists of Nova Scotia.

Dr Kennett was President of the National Association for Autism and a Visiting Scholar at the Ohio State University Hospital, and lectured at University of South Alabama and consulted at Harperbury Hospital, St Albans, UK and the Psychiatric Hospital in Nagoya, Japan. Professor Kennett held a Canada Council Doctoral Fellowship in psychology, and was Associate Professor of Psychology at St. Francis Xavier University, teaching at all levels including as PhD supervisor.He is a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners (Psychology) and a Diplomate of the College of Pain Management, and Fellow of American Association of Integrative Medicine.

Professor Kennett is former Foundation Dean and Professor of Education, University of Western Sydney. During the mid 1980's under his leadership, his Faculty of Education established all other schools/faculties apart from Business. At one time, he was Acting Dean of Nursing, and in 1991 was invited to be Acting Dean of Business. He was a Head Teacher, Demonstration teacher and a Deputy Master of Method (practical teacher training), and Principal of Primary Schools, with a wide rural experience. He has received outstanding teaching reports and was very active in the matters of teacher training.
He has taught secondary school in Canada.
For over 30 years, Dr Kennett has practiced as a clinical psychologist, forensic psychologist, child and adolescent psychologist and neuropsychologist. He is also a specialist in pain management. He is an Honorary Professor of the U.S. Sports Academy, and works on Leadership in government and sport. Dr Kennett is a company director in USA and Australia for several years, and presents programs on Social Responsibility.

Angie Wilcock

With more than 20 years in primary teaching, Angie has invested the past four years

- developing and facilitating workshops to parents and students on transition from primary to secondary education and parent engagement in education.

- facilitating teaching staff professional development sessions on transition from primary to secondary education; and parent engagement in education; learning styles; boys and girls education; middle years education.

- as team member of Generation Next (since 2010), along with Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, Dr Andrew Fuller and others, presenting to parents nationally on issues of adolescent mental health – Angie’s topic is the impact of transition on our young people.
- presenting her work at state and national education and parent conferences, seminars and workshops.
- writing articles for state and national educational journals and education websites.

Angie supports Action Intelligence (AQ©) and Positive psychology and the importance of mentoring teachers for better management and leadership.

Edie Raether is an International keynote speaker, author and behavioral psychology expert who has presented programs to 3,500 professional organizations and Fortune 500 companies on five continents, including numerous student, parent and teacher organizations.

An expert resource to USA Today, Reuters, NBC and most media, Edie was a community college professor and talk show host with ABC.

As a psychotherapist and family counselor, Edie has worked with children of all socioeconomic backgrounds, including New York City's most at-risk youth.
